Collection: David Campbell Delivery of Web Eldridge boat, a sharpie, called FLOYD'S DREAM. Caption is: left-Floyd Thompson, Middle-Web Eldridge, right-Ed Bogue, b&w photo image, taken 5/22/1938. However, it's actually Floyd on the left, Web in the middle, and per historian Arnold Crossman, it looks like Ben Rathbun, Sr. on the right. It was a 14 foot sharpie has 3 strakes high. Sharpies usually were 12 foot length, with 2 strakes on side. (Experts Arnold Crossman and Ben Rathbun on July 1, 2007, "a good looking boat with a nice shear.") Date: 5/22/1938
